AQBEE built an AI-powered sales intelligence platform on Google Cloud integrated with Salesforce. BigQuery served as the unified analytics warehouse, ingesting data from Salesforce via scheduled and real-time MuleSoft sync, market data APIs, custodian feeds, and internal document repositories. Vertex AI models were trained to predict client product propensity, optimal meeting timing, and portfolio rebalancing triggers. Google Cloud Natural Language API processed research notes and meeting transcripts to extract action items and client sentiment. Looker dashboards provided RM-level performance analytics and leadership roll-ups. All AI insights were pushed back to Salesforce via MuleSoft, appearing in the RM console as next-best-action recommendations. Google Workspace integration enabled one-click meeting prep documents generated from BigQuery data.
