The Challenge

What They Were Facing

ProFlow's supply chain relied on 15+ disconnected systems including SAP for ERP, Salesforce for CRM, a legacy warehouse management system, three different logistics providers, and multiple supplier portals. Teams were manually re-keying data between systems, resulting in an average of 340 data entry errors per month and a 9-day order-to-delivery cycle that was 40% slower than industry benchmarks.

The Solution

How We Solved It

AQBEE designed and implemented a comprehensive integration architecture using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, creating a unified API layer connecting all 15+ supply chain systems. We built reusable APIs in three tiers — system, process, and experience — following MuleSoft's API-led connectivity approach. CloudHub was deployed for cloud-hosted runtime, and DataWeave transformations handled the complex data mapping between SAP IDocs, Salesforce objects, and legacy flat-file formats. Real-time event-driven integrations replaced nightly batch jobs, and a self-service API portal empowered business teams to build their own automations.

The Impact

85%
Manual Data Entry Reduction

Automated data synchronisation eliminated 85% of manual data entry tasks, reducing monthly errors from 340 to fewer than 50.

Real-time
Supply Chain Visibility

Achieved end-to-end real-time visibility across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics for the first time in company history.

40% faster
Order-to-Delivery Cycle

Reduced average order-to-delivery time from 9 days to 5.4 days through automated workflows and real-time inventory allocation.

Our supply chain was held together by spreadsheets and overnight batch jobs. AQBEE's MuleSoft implementation gave us something we never had — a single source of truth that updates in real time. When a customer places an order in Salesforce, SAP allocates inventory within seconds. That kind of speed has transformed our competitiveness.
