An automated freight audit engine on AWS Lambda matched every invoice against contracted rates, accessorial rules, and fuel surcharge tables, flagging discrepancies for review. An Experience Cloud shipper portal provided real-time shipment tracking, invoice visibility, and analytics dashboards. Amazon QuickSight powered rate benchmarking and lane optimisation analytics for ClearPath's pricing team. Einstein AI predicted shipment delays and recommended carrier alternatives based on historical performance data.
