How We Solved It

AQBEE built an end-to-end contract-to-payment workflow on Salesforce integrated with PandaDoc, DocuSign, Conga, and Stripe. When a Sales Cloud opportunity reaches the proposal stage, PandaDoc auto-generates a branded proposal populated with Salesforce data — pricing, scope, team bios, and terms. Upon client approval, Conga generates the formal contract from configurable templates, and DocuSign manages the e-signature workflow with sequential signing, reminders, and automatic Salesforce status updates. Once fully executed, Stripe handles payment setup — whether one-time, milestone-based, or recurring subscription — with real-time payment status synced back to Salesforce. Flow Orchestrator manages the entire process, triggering each step based on the prior completion and escalating to managers if any step stalls beyond SLA thresholds. Tableau dashboards provide real-time visibility into pipeline-to-cash conversion metrics.
